$sdh.s2s.consent-status

• The $sdh.s2s.consent-status operation is used to obtain a list of health plans/payers, represented as Consent resources, that a Member (Patient) has opted in or out of.
• The request returns a FHIR Bundle containing the list of Consent resources and any reference Organization resources (where applicable).
• The operation is a "server level" operation. Meaning it is invoked directly on the base server url, and uses a GET http request.
• The operation is idempotent, and does not modify any resources on the server.
• In order to be included, Consent resources need to be configured with scope=patient-privacy. Only active or inactive statuses are considered as well.
