By default, we treat each of PL.1, PL.2, and PL.3 as distinct locations (e.g. ward, room, bed). PL.1, PL.2, and PL.3 will each result in a unique Location resource. If this setting is enabled, all of PL-1, PL-2, and PL-3 will be treated as a single atomic location (e.g. ward-room-bed). Processing the PL in this way will result in a single Location resource.
